The Concrete Masonry Checkoff Board (CMCB) will adhere to the following process to collect unpaid assessments from producers in a timely and fair manner. Penalties and fees set forth in this policy are in addition to the following discretionary actions available to the Secretary of the Department of Commerce.
The Concrete Masonry Checkoff Board (the “Board”), by unanimous resolution of the Executive Committee, adopted the following Policy regarding proprietary documents, materials and information on April 4, 2023.
While the Concrete Masonry Products Board is not subject to Federal or State antitrust laws, the CMU producers that serve as its Directors, and producers that it serves are vigilant to assure compliance with such laws.
