Masonry construction is economical, strong, and durable, and masonry walls provide fire resistance, sound dampening, and thermal insulation. But perhaps the primary feature of masonry is its unmatched natural beauty. Cleaning masonry after construction is an essential step to enhancing and preserving that beauty, and choosing the correct cleaning method is important to make sure that you end up with the look you want. In this seminar we will discuss the top three methods for cleaning new construction, additional techniques to use in special situations, and review the “Five Golden Rules” for cleaning masonry.

2. List the difference between cleaning concrete masonry and brick construction.
3. Describes the dangers of improperly washing walls.
