Call for Presenters & Exhibitors: 2026 NSSA Storm Shelter Conference

November 9 - November 10
The 2026 Storm Shelter Conference will take place November 9–10 in Norman, Oklahoma, bringing together industry leaders, designers, and manufacturers focused on advancing storm shelter design and construction. This event presents an important opportunity to broaden engagement across the masonry industry in a sector where participation has historically been limited. While precast solutions are well represented, concrete masonry offers proven, resilient, and cost-effective solutions for storm shelter applications, and increased involvement can help ensure these advantages are more widely understood and utilized.
We are currently seeking presenters for the conference’s technical sessions, as well as exhibitors interested in showcasing relevant products, systems, and innovations. This is an opportunity to share expertise, highlight project experience, and contribute to advancing the role of concrete masonry in storm shelter design.
The two-day program will include:
  • Training sessions and facility tours
  • Certification (CI and AP) exams
  • Technical sessions offering up to 6 CEUs
  • Exhibitor showcase
  • Networking opportunities, including a welcome reception
  • Annual meeting and board elections
  • Kiesling Award Luncheon
