Course Description: Do you have the passion to develop your own business model and make a unique impact on the AEC industry? Here is your chance to be empowered to think with the end in mind – envision your impact, build your brand and become a construction entrepreneur! In this course, students will learn to create and refine their mission, find their core values, envision their business, cultivate diversity/equity/inclusion and move their brand from idea to market. Students will receive step-by-step guidance to take their business idea to launch. Concrete Masonry specializations are of particular interest to the Concrete Masonry Checkoff.
