SUMMARY:2026 Masonry MasterClass Series Registration Deadline
DESCRIPTION:Join the Upstate New York Chapter of the Mason Contractors Association of America for the 2026 Masonry MasterClass Series\, an advanced-level virtual course designed for experienced masonry engineers and architects. The program is intended to strengthen masonry knowledge and improve the quality of masonry design and detailing\, and is funded by the Concrete Masonry Checkoff. \nThe intended audience for this series is senior-level owners and design managers who direct staff responsible for designing masonry projects. Basic techniques will not be addressed. Participation is open to professionals in Concrete Masonry Checkoff Region 1\, including Maine\, New Hampshire\, Vermont\, Massachusetts\, Rhode Island\, Connecticut\, New York\, New Jersey\, Pennsylvania\, Delaware\, Maryland\, West Virginia and Washington\, D.C. Attendance may be limited. \nThe five-part virtual series will be held from 5-7 p.m. ET on the following dates: \n\nNovember 2: Design Issues\nNovember 9: Detailing Concerns\nNovember 16: Building Joints\nDecember 7: Specifications & Notes\nDecember 14: Field Issues\n\nAttendance at all five sessions is required to receive the full 10 AIA LU/HSW continuing education credits. If a participant is unable to attend a class\, credits will be prorated.
